Ms. Nguyen is currently in the process of completing her PhD at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Social Research and Public Policy Department of Social Welfare. France is a Vietnamese American currently doing research and living in Vietnam. Ms. Nguyen was instrumental in identifying NGOs in Vietnam for The SHARE Institute to partner with in the l2006-2007 funding cycles.
