Marilyn Lembecke began her association with SHARE as a volunteer in 2003 and became an Associate in 2004. In her role as an Associate, she tracks international mini-grants and evaluates new mini-grant proposals for SHARE. Ms. Lembcke raised funds for SHARE's first mini-grant in Thailand and is particularly interested in SHAREs international mini-grants in Asia. Ms. Lembcke has visited SHARE's projects in Egypt, Yemen, Cambodia, and Thailand.

Ms. Lembcke worked for the State of California in various programs and spent the last 12 years of her career in the information technology field, first as an information systems analyst and later as a project manager. She has a B.A. from the University of Colorado with majors in History and English Literature and a minor in Secondary Education.
